当社は、米国司法省（以下「DOJ」）および米国食品医薬品局（以下「FDA」）による調査の原因となった過去の行為を是正するためのこれらの取組みに対し、今後とも積極的に支援を続けてまいります。これらの取組みには、ランバクシーの経営、企業風土、オペレーション、コンプライアンスの大幅な刷新を含んでおります。
なお、当社は、ランバクシーの特定の以前の株主が、DOJおよびFDAの調査に関する重要な情報を隠蔽したものと判断し、現在、法的な措置を講じております。
